Vermont Fancy Coffee

This recipe serves one, but easily doubles, triples, or quadruples for larger groups.  
  • 8-ounce cup of hot coffee
  • 1 Tbs maple syrup
  • ¼ cup full fat coconut milk whisked
  1. Whisk the coconut milk until frothy.
  2. In a mug, pour the maple syrup, the hot coffee, and then slowly pour in the coconut milk.
  3. Stir gently, and serve.
