Vermont Maple Blueberry Power Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 6 oz full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 serving Cabot whey powder
  • 1 Tbs maple syrup (or more - to taste)
  • 1 C blueberries (frozen or fresh)
Instructions
  1. Pour the ingredients into the blender, the powder last (otherwise it’ll stick to the sides of the blender).
  2. Start the blender on slow, increasing the speed slowly to high.
  3. Leave on high for a few minutes.
  4. Turn the blender off, and serve.
