What is your favorite free or cheap homeschool resource?
I had to think all of about 5 seconds about this! My answer is unequivocally . . .
Homeschool Share! Homeschool Share (HSS) is a on-line cooperative effort of several homeschooling moms to provide free but quality literature-based unit studies and resources.
For years, HSS has been my go-to spot for free literature-based unit studies, lapbooks and other printables. This year, Ami changed things up a bit and made it even more easy to navigate with her new “Connections” page.
Connections is a central hub where you can find topics (history, animals, seasons) to search for themes (George Washington, tigers, snow). Under each theme, you’ll find literature-based unit studies, lapbooks, and other printables . . . all FREE!!
You could seriously homeschool for YEARS using nothing but Homeschool Share, along with your math and language arts curriculum.
