Apps and AppSchooling!

I had so much fun with the recent Back to Homeschool Blog Hop and ALL the amazing giveaways! I just love having the chance to give stuff away!

I also love writing homeschool reviews. But you knew that, right? 

Ever since we added a Kindle Fire and iPad to our home, I have spent time researching educational apps. I even posted a list of some of our favorite finds. As I learn more about what’s available, I become more and more excited about how these tools can be used effectively in homeschooling. 

I currently have 5 educational apps that have been given to me for review. And since I love giveaways and sharing information, I thought it would be fun to combine all of it into another great “theme” week here on the blog. 

So to that end, August 20-24 will be designated as “Apps Week!” 

During Apps Week, I will have daily apps reviews, daily “AppSchooling” articles, and best of all, a terrific apps bundle giveway! Themes will include the following:

Mon: Using the iPad for Homeschool Planning and Organization

Tue: AppSchooling History and Geography

Wed: AppSchooling Language Arts

Thu: AppSchooling Math

Fri: AppSchooling Science
