We are currently doing a dinosaur unit study from www.homeschoolshare.com and are having such a great time too! Yesterday, for a field trip, we drove up to Indianapolis to visit the Dinosphere at the Children’s Museum. We drove up with our good friends, Valerie and Madison and had the joy of meeting another FIAR family, Shannon and her awesome kids, Luke and Ella while there. Everyone had a great time, moms and kids. We spent most of our time in the Dinospere (we could hardly tear the kids away), but we did get to see most of the rest of the museum as well.
If you live anywhere near Indianapolis, you must visit this museum, especially if you have dinosaur-loving kiddos! I’ll post more later about our dinosaur studies (with pictures of our lapbook!), but for now I just wanted to share these pictures of our field trip.
