This is the first time I’m linking up to the 3 in 30 Challenge. Oh, I’ve known about it for awhile. I have friends who participate faithfully and I’ve watched as they set goals, take steps to achieve them, and come out victorious.
But I’m chicken.
Or I was chicken.
A couple of weeks ago, I put on my brave hat and started a new blog. Have you see it? Probably not that man people have. I’ve shared it with Facebook friends, but I haven’t heavily promoted it. In my new place on the web, I share some personal issues I have with my weight and health. I even set goals and started a challenge to help others set goals. In an effort to be more transparent, and to seek accountability, I thought I’d start sharing some of those goals here as well.
So for February, these are the goals I’ll be working towards:
1. Beginning my day with quiet time — prayer and Bible study.
2. Sleeping 8 hours every night.
3. Drinking one green smoothie every day.
