CHEK Family Conference….

For the past 4 years, there has only been one homeschool conference I’ve been interested in attending, the Midwest Homeschool Conference in Cincinnati.  I love this conference for one reason….they have THE best speakers. I’ve grown accustomed to inspirational messages from the likes of Mark Hamby, Andrew Pudewa, and Amanda Bennett.  The downside to this conference is that it’s an hour and half away, and so there’s the added costs of a hotel room and meals.
Imagine my joy when I found out that our state conference, held in Louisville every summer, will be hosting Mark Hamby, Andrew Pudewa, and Amanda Bennett at the CHEK Family and Homeschool Conference June 25-26!  I am thrilled beyond belief! So, if you’ve been hearing me (and others) rave about the wonder of the Midwest Conference, but couldn’t go, for whatever reason, you’ll want to consider going to the CHEK conference.  Seriously, you’ll be able to meet and hear the best of the best.  It’s an amazing opportunity for Louisville. Other awesome speakers include Cindy Wiggers and Heather Laurie.
If you are a CHEK member ($25/yr), the conference is FREE for your entire family.  If  you are not a member, you can join and still go for free.  If you live in surrounding states and have no need to join our state association, the cost is still reasonable at $45.
