Menu Plan Monday . . .

I’m really resisting the menu planning. I mean, I know I need to do it, but I really don’t want to. I don’t want to have think ahead. I don’t like that I need to cook what’s on the menu when I might not feel like eating it that day. Last week I didn’t even do this meme because I. just. didn’t. want. to. plan.

But I’m back this week, and I’m going to force myself to do this. I know my husband appreciates it and I’m sure it will save us money in the long run.

We are still eating out of our freezer and pantry. I’m only buying fresh produce, bread, and milk from the grocery store right now. So, here it goes . . . the dinner menu for this week:

Monday: spinach omelettes and blueberry banana smoothies
Tuesday: leftover black beans and rice
Wednesday: spaghetti, salad, garlic bread
Thursday: vegetable soup, bread
Friday: the boys will be gone to the football game, so I’ll just grab a sammie
Saturday: leftover veggie soup
Sunday: homemade pizza

What’s cooking at your house this week? Feel free to link up at Organizing Junkie.
