There are so many great reasons to homeschool. But I have to say one of my favorites is the freedom we have to travel with Dad.
It’s hard when you have a Dad that travels a lot. Oftentimes, the weekends are filled with much-need chore-time, and there’s less time for “family” time.
We remedy that as often as we can by traveling with him. It’s certainly not every week and it’s not the same as having him home with us, but it’s the best thing we can do to increase our “Dad” time.
And sometimes, we end up on a cool field trip or two! Dad makes the best tour guide!
