Summer is my favorite time of year to eat fresh salads. Crisp lettuces, garden fresh tomatoes, and yummy dressings make for the best lunch or dinner. I challenged myself to eat a salad every day for 30 days, and since I’m eating a mostly Whole 30/Paleo diet, I went searching the internet for some recipe ideas. I can get bored easily by eating my standard lettuce/tomato/avocado/chicken salad every day!

Whether or not you are following the Whole 30 eating plan, enjoy 30 Days of Whole 30 Salad Recipes. Eating well has never tasted so good!

I like to make sure that the majority of my salads have both protein and healthy fats, so I’ve divided the recipes below according to the type of protein. There is one “vegetarian” category as well for those of you who prefer meatless salads or are looking more for a side salad. I was amazed at how many different ideas there were out there for salads that are compliant with Whole 30 that I had never thought about! I can’t wait to try them all, and I hope you enjoy trying some new salads this summer, too!
