(Welcome to all of you looking for Free + Cheap Bible Study Tools for Kids for Kindle. This post has been so popular, but since it was written several years ago, most of the original books listed are no longer “free” or “cheap.”. And some of them were no longer available at all. So because I want to make sure you find value every time you click over to my blog, this post has now been updated to reflect some of our favorite Bible study tools for kids and teens. None of them are free but no worries, none of them are outrageously expensive, and several are discounted nicely!).
Kids and teens today are getting more and more tech-savvy, and with Kindles, iPads, iPhones becoming so commonplace, the ability to make our Bibles and Bible study tools more mobile is a gift. Just like with many of our homeschool books and curriculum, it’s super convenient to have our Bibles and Bible study tools travel easily (and lightly) with us when we are traveling, in the car, waiting for appointments, even at church. At our current church (and our last one), the pastor preached from an iPad! Long gone are the days when folks assumed you were texting if you pulled out a smartphone during worship!
Ben has been at a place for quite some time where, while he loves his print Bible for reading at home, he much prefers the mobility of Bible apps, sermon podcasts, and Bible study tools pretty much any other time. Out of his desire for such mobility, we have discovered some great Bible study tools for Kindle and tablets (using the Kindle app) for kids and teens. Here is a list of what you’ll find on Ben’s.
This is also the Bible Ben mostly uses in print form. Like the acclaimed Apologetics Study Biblethat has sold 115,000+ copies, the Apologetics Study Bible for Students will anchor younger Christians in the truths of Scripture by equipping them with thoughtful and practical responses for whenever the core issues of their faith and life are challenged.
Multiple research studies have shown that spiritual focus often weakens among teenagers as they head into the attention-dividing realm of young adulthood. Up to 66% of them leave church altogether. The Apologetics Study Bible for Students works against that trend by helping this audience begin to better articulate its beliefs. This Bible includes the complete HCSB text and dozens of articles collected from today’s most popular youth leaders, including general editor Sean McDowell.
This Bible keeps up with you! As an on-the-go teen, you’re moving fast. God is moving faster! The Teen Study Bible will help you keep in step with all he has done, is doing, and will do in the world—and in your life. This bestselling Bible will help you discover the eternal truths of God’s Word and apply them to the issues you face today.

To some, the concept of having faith in a higher power or a set of religious beliefs is nonsensical. Indeed, many view religion in general, and Christianity in particular, as unfounded and unreasonable.
Norman Geisler and Frank Turek argue, however, that Christianity is not only more reasonable than all other belief systems, but is indeed more rational than unbelief itself. With conviction and clear thinking, Geisler and Turek guide readers through some of the traditional, tested arguments for the existence of a creator God. They move into an examination of the source of morality and the reliability of the New Testament accounts concerning Jesus. The final section of the book deals with a detailed investigation of the claims of Christ. This volume will be an interesting read for those skeptical about Christianity, as well as a helpful resource for Christians seeking to articulate a more sophisticated defense of their faith.
